I can't say enough wonderful things about Kass! She was such a blessing to me and my husband. She is both an amazing Doula and a wonderful hypno-babies instructor. This was my first baby and while I was determined to have a natural birth, and I was also pretty afraid of the process. Kass took me through the hypno babies training and really helped me mentally prepare for the birth I wanted to have. I had to be induced (which I didn't want) but she was by my side, reminding me constantly of my own strength and ability to have the birth I wanted even though it didn't start how I would have liked. She is there with you every step of the way, calm, reassuring and incredibly warm. She really felt like family. It was such a special experience and we couldn't have done it without her. If you are thinking about natural birth or just need someone by your side through this process, Kass is the best! She is an incredible person and I feel very lucky that I met her and had her by my side through one of the most powerful and challenging experiences of my life. My hubby was also incredibly grateful for her presence through the process. It really can take some of the pressure off the significant other to have a birth coach balancing the load and helping in so many ways. Thank you, Kass for all you do ❤️ love love love
